Silicone is the name used by the Snowbasin Ski Patrol to describe the nearby transition slope just above the Needles Lodge. this climbs the same rock buttress where Prism Passage is located, but on the right arete feature.
Approach as for Prism Passage.
Pitch #1: Tackle a cumbersome bulge to the slab and follow the bolts up the right arete of the buttress to a two-bolt belay. 5.8, 25m.
Location
On the prominent compact rock buttress above the Needles Lodge. By getting a gondola ride up to the Lodge, about a 15 minute approach brings you to the base of the slab.
