Extensions 2 (Lone Wolf)

This is the impressive granite boulder that appears on your right in a kind of woodland clearing as you continue along the Extensions trail and shortly after passing Extensions 1.

I believe this may be the boulder listed as Lone Wolf in Boston Rocks II, but it does not fit the author's GPS or location descriptions.

As you walk around all four sides, you will find that its walls offer little in the way of holds but are more than generous in their display of lichen.

A thorough cleaning will be in order before any climbing can be done on the steep, slabby North face.
