[Edit]Nice area to check out, all kinds of rock from TR sized cliffs to sitdown cave crack problems to a sweet warmup boulder with 3-4 V3 and under. This area looks like it had a full time resident within the last 10-20 years and is conveniently located on the side of I-95. You have probably driven past a hundred times and said "hmmm"...
