MapDescription
This is a TR line that inserts itself between
Burning Rubber
and
Smokin' Joints
on entirely independent holds. It was named in honor of
Dave Clark 5.10
who celebrated his 59th birthday here.
You can start in the crack or on the subtle left-facing arete on jugs. Suddenly the holds get small for a while. Gain the left end of the ledge of
Smokin' Joints
. The crux may be the final bit to the top.
Happy Birthday, our dear friend.
Location
This is
Burning Rubber
and
Smokin' Joints
.
Protection
You can use the anchors of
Smokin' Joints
and a small cam (tiny yellow Camalot or green/blue Alien) a few feet below the top in a crack for a directional.
