Commie Joe's Revenge

Named for the red army man found on the boulder underneath, Commie Joe starts on the southeast corner of the boulder. It moves up using solid rails, crimps, and even a heel hook as you move toward the northwest corner.

For whatever reason, we found this problem to be more "heady" than physically challenging. It is a V1 problem and a mental V5.

The route starts on the southeast corner of the south face and climbs up to the northwest point.

There is a downclimb on the west face.

Lots of pads if you have them. The landing is less than stellar. There's a huge boulder underneath the start but once you hit the top, it should be okay.
