Start underneath the boulder by the graffiti. Start with a left heel hook and place hands on the rail just above the graffiti. Considering that (as of writing this) this is the only climbable boulder in the area, it is pleasantly surprising to find a heel hook and and overhang, even it it is only four moves.

29.529N -98.428. Head south from LBJ Park. The rock will be on the right of the dirt path and can be identified by the red spray-paint graffiti of an Ankh and a stick figure.
