Hair Eraser

Hair Eraser is the first bolted line you will come to when approaching P-Funkamerika Dome.

This two pitch line begins up positive patina flakes, passes a small overlap and continues up slabby flakes to a three bolt ring anchor at a great stance. Passing the small overlap will be the crux for most. The current guide book lists five bolts on the first pitch but it appears two more have been added bringing the total to seven. First pitch measures approximately 80 feet.

The second pitch climbs up and left across the slab to gain positive holds then continues straight up over ever easier terrain to another three bolt ring anchor. Second pitch passes eight bolts and measures approximately 90 feet.

The two pitches can easily be linked into one using a 60m rope and some long draws.

Descend by rappelling twice with a 60m rope.

Begins on the far right side of the South Face of P-Funkamerika Dome.

Eight quickdraws or 16 quickdraws if linking into one long pitch. Long draws will help with rope drag if linking.
