Tangentoid
Description
Sustained climbing -- too bad it's not longer.
Start on face just right of 2-ft-thick 4-ft-high block which ramps up left -- below vertical straight crack in dark water streak, which is a few feet right from the curvy Sinusoid crack. Up face a bit left-ward (not using the block). Next aim for bottom of the vertical straight crack, and up the dark water streak to reach slopy dirt / grass slope.
warning: The rock on and near this route has not been climbed much yet, and some of the rock is still breakable and loose -- so the belayer and other people should stand far away from underneath the climber or someone setting up top anchor.
. . . (Lots of vegetation on this rock as of 2018. Be prepared when climbing to navigate around protruding trees and branches, and dealing with holds slippery with grass, lichen, moss, dirt).
name: The line of the route is a like part of the graph of the mathematical Tangent function -- very different from the trigonometric function if its left sibling.
Location
Start a bit left from below vertical crack which is a few feet right from the Sinusoid crack.
