Everyone Pays For Bill's Meal
Description
crux: midway through the problem. preceding a heel hook, transition from a vertical stance to horizontal. Good: hands Bad: feet are ALL minimal
Location
from the parking area, walk almost straight east, (viewed from a satellite image) ignoring the paths to the overlook. Proceed east down the ravine, bypassing the south edge of the first rock ridge of the Overlook, to the second ridge at the bottom of the ravine.( just past this, and 150 yards further downhill, is hwy 244, as it turns north/south.) Look for a 3-5 foot gap/passage at about the halfway point of the ridge's length. The problem is at the narrowest point in the gap, on the right-hand side. Look for a depression, similar to a cursive letter "R".(or a lop-sided pyramid) this is the sit-start. there are two right-hand side pulls, with a minimal left foot hold, good right foot hold. Proceed to your left, until the mantle ends.
Protection
crash pad.
