Description
Start at the saddle and free climb up and right to a ledge. Thin stoppers or Ball-nuts will fit here in the thin seam at your chest or just place hand sized cams high in the horizontal. Continue straight up, aiding on questionable rock. After a few good cams free and aid up soft rock to a ledge. Place a big cam or two in the bedding seam and mantel onto the ledge. Clip 3 bolts to the summit.
Location
From the vehicle choose the path of least resistance many cow/game trails exist. The route is mostly on the west side but start on the north side at the saddle.
Protection
-Double set of cams from small to .75 camalot
-Single #1-5, optional 6.
-Small to med. off set cams might be nice.
-Stoppers(surprisingly useful)
-Draws/runners
-60m rope
-Anchor has chain so no tat needed.
