Sinking Johnson

FA unknown
CREATED

Description

A relatively blank feature on a slightly less than vertical face. A small lip at the bottom of the face provides a stance to start from. The true line climbs the center of the face to the highest point on the feature, but many easier options exist by bailing to the right. Finding the tiny holds on this route took me a few attempts; inching up the wall before sinking back into the snowbank below - hence the gifted name.

Location

A boulder right behind "The Crimp" boulder as seen from the trail by Lower Boyscout Lake.
