New Year's Day

Thin face climbing up a series of finger cracks gains the roof.  There is a break in the roof directly above the finger cracks, and an actual right leaning crack about 5' left of this where the roof line breaks into a left facing corner.  Adirondack Rock seems to say go straight up the middle, but we didn't find any hold there and instead used a right-leaning crack on the left side of the roof.  Above the roof the crack was full of vegetation and debris so the fun doesn't stop.  Another 15' gains a birch tree for belay.

Small rack for the face, #3/#4 for the roof/crux. We used a Black Alien and brassies on the face.
