Start matched on the lowest ledge in the hole. Go up the edges to come out of the hole. Get to the lip and go right. Grab the side-pull jug and mantle up.

If you're facing "Slug Traverse", it is going to be a short walk behind you. Walk toward the lake until you find a triangle-shaped rock with a hole underneath it.
