Lichen or Not

Description

Another Lichen-named route that lives up to it's name. If it were cleaner it would deserve more stars. As it stands, it's an exploratory and 'adventurous' route with an exciting unprotected slabby traverse. P1:Climb up a left facing corner into a section of rock that's almost a small stem box, but not quite large enough. Pull a small bulge and then continue up mossy steps with a clean section of slab on your right. Traverse the clean slab right (R) and slightly downward towards a 2ft wide belay ledge. P2: Step up and right on a large block and find the (now) overgrown crack. Continue up the crack system and exit through a slot. Belay off a large spruce left of the slot.  Walk climbers left and rappel the route 'Branches'.

Location

About 25ft right of branches, there's a right facing corner with a legde 4 ft up and a left facing corner seperated by a 10ft gap. The route starts in the left facing corner.

Protection

Standard rack to #3 camalot. Runout and dirty in sections.
