Peak Mountain 3

Trolling for Tuna

FA Brad Singer, Dave LePere & John Cardmon, October 1999

Description

Climb the short, vertical face via edges and textured rock with a distinct crux moving past the first bolt.

The rating is for staying on the face the entire time - stemming back, especially at the crux, will make the climb easier.

Due to the position of the anchors it's best to rappel off as opposed to lowering.

Location

Furthest right bolted line and just right of a huge pine tree; it's also just a short ways right of

Stanley-Slip Bobber

.

Protection

3 bolts, chain anchors
