Start on the right side of the west face by making a huge step onto a foot rail and grabbing the top (or whatever you can reach). This is a height-dependent problem and if you're tall enough, can be done without climbing shoes. If you're not as tall to reach the top lip, the problem will be noticeably more difficult.

Down climb is on the east face through the trees. Reference pictures and map for exact details.
