MapDescription
This route has three distinct sections. It begins as a quintessential Mount Magazine climb with thought provoking movement up to a rest ledge. Continue up and to the right to a tricky rounded arete in spectacular, sparkly rock. Then you hit a break in the rock and the angle kicks back more than 45 degrees, feeling more like a slice of the Tomb at Rock Creek than the vertical nature of Mag. The steepness leads you to a heartbreaker crux just before the anchors.
Location
Continue along the approach trail until you reach the obvious white arete, which is the first bolted climb you will reach. Around the corner (climbers right) look for a black water streak leading to a rounded dihedral roof.
Protection
8 blots to a 2-bolt fixed anchor
