Climb up to the ledge right of Old MacDonald. Get your hands into the left-trending crack, and move left across the face with delicate feet. Gain the right-trending, hand-sized bulge, and follow it to the top. It has nice, sustained movement up perfect rock.
A highball is certainly an option, but the crux is at the top. It is best to be rehearsing it, bro.
