Adoptomises

I thought I'd add this in hopes more people do this very fun link up. It starts on compromises and traverses over to adoption after the 4th bolt. There is a bolt protecting the traverse. You get the hard parts of both routes with a little less pump than adoption and a little more cruxin' than compromises.

Also, the best warm up you have ever had is doing compromises, the linkup, and adoption in rapid succession.
