Unbalanced

FA J. Thompson 11-2017

Description

This problem features a rare for this area crux compression move. The name comes from the better holds all being RH. The landing is flat but a decent drop lurks just behind the LZ.

Location

SDS in the center of the south face using a pair of crimps. Make a move with the RH to the sharp edge of the boulder. Then make a long move up and left with the LH to a sloper and squeeze. Bump the RH up to another good hold, then move the LH up to a small incut in the center of the upper face. From here the topout is easy.

Protection

1-2 crashpads.
