Description

This is the tallest route at the The Overlook and features enjoyable 5.11 climbing to a roof crux at the last bolt. Begin with 3x bolts of loose rock. At the 4th bolt the rock improves and good climbing leads to the roof capping the top of the buttress. Pull this with difficulty to a pair of lower-offs.

Location

This climb is the right hand of two that begin on a narrow buttress at the lowest point of The Overlook. Scramble down past Howard Hughes, continue down the loose slope next to the wall to Smiling at the Majorettes (obvious sharp arete), and continue a short distance further around a corner to this route.

Protection

11x bolts + lower-off.
