Vicious Cycle

The most recent addition to the High Grade area, on a feature we dubbed the Samurai Slab. Some of the thinnest holds Marshfield has yet to offer, bring your edging shoes and cool temps. Many insecure reaches and high steps, punctuated by decent rests. First crux is at the fifth bolt, with a few more near crux’s around the 7/8th and 10/11th bolts. Finish up the right arching crack to a cowboy heel hook over the roof and rock up on big holds to the chains. 15 bolts, closely spaced at first, then widening out. Low on the High Grade ledge, just right of the fixed hand line. Jug the fixed line, climb Goobs and rap in, or any other lower route that lands you close.
